Pick Up in Cordón
Pick up within 24 to 48 hours after payment. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.
Envíos Internacionales 🌍
Shipping is completed within 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.
Cost: Between U$S 34 – U$S 43, depending on the country. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.
Important: ONYX is not responsible for legal requirements, customs fees, or additional charges in your country. The customer is responsible for any necessary procedures or payments upon receiving the package.
Returns and Exchanges
I hope you love your ONYX pieces, but if you need to make a return, here’s how:
Applicable only to clothing items (excluding Sale products).
Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving your order..
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition, just as you received it.
How to request a return?
Send an email to hola@onyx.com.uy with the subject "Return Request + Order Number."Once approved, you'll be instructed to send the product to the address provided in the email. You’ll receive a Gift Card for the same amount paid, which you can use for future purchases.
Important:
No cash refunds are provided;only store credit for the original amount.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Customized products are non-returnable.
