Being an online store, ONYX only works with national and international shipping.

Shipping

URUGUAY

- In Montevideo the shipment is made within 2 to 3 business daysonce the corresponding payment has been entered.
Shipping cost $240 – GRATIS a partir de $2500 en compra.

- The shipment to the departments of the country is made within 2 to 5 business daysonce the corresponding payment has been entered, it is dispatched in Tres Cruces by the agency of choice.

- With the Pick Up el pedido se prepara dentro de 24 a 48hs, once the corresponding payment has been entered. The customer will be notified of the information so that it can pick up the order in Cordón, UY.

INTERNATIONAL

The international shipments are made within 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping cost U$S 34 – U$S 43 varies depending on the destination country, you can see exactly the total amount on the checkout page.

ONYX is not responsible for legal requirements, customs costs or extra fees that may be awarded in the country of entry. Each client is responsible for the payment or processing thereof.

Returns

Espero que te encanten tus nuevos productos, pero si necesitas realizar una devolución aquí están los detalles del procedimiento:

- Refunds will only be made on clothing items, and they should not be in Sale.
- The return must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition as it arrived.

To carry out the return process, write to hola@onyx.com.uy with the subject: Return request + the order number. Once the return is approved, you must send the product to the address indicated in the email, and you will receive a Giftcard for the same amount initially spent.

No se hace devolución de dinero. Tendrás crédito de tienda a favor por el monto pagado originalmente, para comprar otro producto.

PRODUCTS ON SALE
Products that are on sale cannot be returned.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Lamentablemente los productos personalizados no podrán ser devueltos.
