If you are reading this it's because you definitely need a little push to have the necessary motivation to get your life back in order and with your potential.
Who hasn't had a low energy period where we have so many things to do that we don't do any? You go on automatic pilot doing the minimum necessary to be more or less up to date.
But deep down you know that you could be doing much better... That's why I bring you a mini guide with tips to motivate you to be that best version of you 💪🏼

1. Take control and let go.
Taking control of your life doesn't mean that you can control everything that happens around you, we cannot always force things to go our way.
It's important to accept that sometimes things won't turn out the way we want and that's okay.
Try to redirect all that energy into the things that you can control; getting up early, following your routine, having relaxing moments, eating a balanced meal, etc.
2. Clean and organized spaces.
Doesn't it happen to you that when everything is clean and organized it makes you want to want to organize your life and be more productive?
It is more than proven that a messy environment causes stress, For example, having a messy bedroom makes you unable to sleep properly or your sleep quality is not the best.
Take some time to make your spaces as organized and clean as possible; change your sheets, let the air run, water the plants, wash clothes, organize the kitchen...
You will notice a great change in your desire to be more productive and it will give you the feeling of having your life more on track.
3. The power of "To do lists".
Lists are your best friends when it comes to organizing and finding motivation.
Once you transfer your ideas to paper (or digital) you have a better chance of completing them and not forgetting anything. Also, crossing off the items gives you a sense of accomplishment and keeps you motivated.
Some examples of lists you can do:
- Daily tasks that you have to complete.
- Tasks to complete in the week.
- Long-term goals that you want to achieve.
4. Movement.
Exercise is something that naturally energizes, you always end up feeling better and with a feeling that you can do anything.
Try to exercise every day, it can be only 15min a day to start and then you can progress to 30min or 1 hour.
The key is to find one activity that you enjoy and requires movement; walk, dance, weight exercises, swimming, etc.
5. Pomodoro technique.
It is one of the best-known techniques on the time management and productivity, developed by Francesco Criollo in the 80's.
The idea behind this technique is to have a structure of work or tasks with timed periods of time so you are full focus and breaks to drive efficiently, stay focused and promote productivity.
How does it work?
- Pick any task you want to do.
- Set a time frame for 25 minutes (this is called a "Pomodoro" it's the Italian word for tomato. funny)
- Focus on just that task for 25 minutes, without distractions.
- Take a 5 minute break, once the timer has finished.
- Repeat.
You'll be surprised how much more you can accomplish if you have a timer running.
