Clean and organized spaces.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Doesn't it happen to you that when everything is clean and organized it makes you want to want to organize your life and be more productive? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It is more than proven that a messy environment causes stress,<\/strong> For example, having a messy bedroom makes you unable to sleep properly or your sleep quality is not the best. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Take some time to make your spaces as organized and clean as possible<\/strong>; change your sheets, let the air run, water the plants, wash clothes, organize the kitchen...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will notice a great change in your desire to be more productive and it will give you the feeling of having your life more on track. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size advgb-dyn-2438ea0f\" id=\"1-siempre-hidratadas--b6b41d57-2b9f-42eb-88ad-6a05ab32a72a\"><strong>3. The power of  \"To do lists\".<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lists are your best friends when it comes to organizing and finding motivation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Once you transfer your ideas to paper (or digital) you have a better chance of completing them and not forgetting anything.<\/strong> Also, crossing off the items gives you a sense of accomplishment and keeps you motivated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Some examples of lists you can do:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Daily tasks that you have to complete.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Tasks to complete in the week. <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Long-term goals that you want to achieve. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size advgb-dyn-935923eb\" id=\"1-siempre-hidratadas--b6b41d57-2b9f-42eb-88ad-6a05ab32a72a\"><strong>4. Movement.<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Exercise is something that naturally energizes,<strong> you always end up feeling better and with a feeling that you can do anything. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try to exercise every day, it can be only 15min a day to start and then you can progress to 30min or 1 hour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key is to find one <strong>activity that you enjoy and requires movement<\/strong>; walk, dance, weight exercises, swimming, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size advgb-dyn-24d259cb\" id=\"1-siempre-hidratadas--b6b41d57-2b9f-42eb-88ad-6a05ab32a72a\"><strong>5. Pomodoro technique. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is one of the best-known techniques on the<strong> time management and productivity<\/strong>, developed by Francesco Criollo in the 80's. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The idea behind this technique is to have a structure of work or tasks with<strong> timed periods of time so you are full focus and breaks to drive efficiently,<\/strong> stay focused and promote productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How does it work?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Pick any task you want to do.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Set a time frame for 25 minutes (this is called a \"Pomodoro\" it's the Italian word for tomato. funny)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Focus on just that task for 25 minutes, without distractions.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Take a 5 minute break, once the timer has finished.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Repeat<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You'll be surprised how much more you can accomplish if you have a timer running.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left advgb-dyn-ea3f515e\" id=\"como-incorporar-gua-sha-en-tu-rutina-81e7fe4b-8917-44f4-8c1c-69c24fa2a52e\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By following one of these 5 methods to organize your life and find motivation, you will surely start to feel better. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You don't necessarily have to start with everyone, but<strong> focus on the one you liked the most and start with that.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Some of the things you can also do:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-list advgb-dyn-832d7a3d\"><ul class=\"advgblist-40947b20-aeaa-4479-ab56-659dc62d2c2f advgb-list advgb-list-arrow-right-alt2\">\n<li><em>Inspiration Pinterest board.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>15 min in the sun in the morning it's great to recharge your energy and wake you up.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Have a day for you; relax time, beauty and mental health. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Which of these methods are you going to try first?
